OKay, when she is cold and hunts, leave her on and pop the lid and use a screw driver or soft mallet and tap on the ICV, if she clears up then the ICV may be gummed up, remove and clean with carb cleaner until the fluid comes out clear. Also check the OHMS on the ICV while you are at it.
You should also check for vacuum leaks and check to make sure the ground for the starter is clean near the trans mount.
