These photos are the numbers on the engine. From reading the forum, I was looking for some sort of 930/02 number or something.
Can anyone clarify if this is indeed a European Carrera 3.0 liter engine?

as twistoffat says that is a '77 mg case 2.7 for manual trans. type 911.81
a C3 would have an aluminum case w/ a 930 casting # visible from below on either side
