Turbo 3.2 headers
Hi all,
I'm building a 3.3 turbo engine with 3.2 heads. Long block is all buttoned up, but when I went to assemble the headers (rarlyl8 equal legth) I noticed they are designed for the smaller exhaust ports of the 3.3 heads. What are my options? I suppose all 3.3 aftermarket headers will have a smaller port size. I'm running the latest gt35r turbo, carrera manifold with aftermarket efi and supporting mods...I do not want to run 3.2 heat exchangers. |

Can you return Brian’s headers ? If not I’d list them in the classifieds and cut your losses. I’m running large port SC heads on my 3.3 turbo. I opted for B&B headers for several reasons. #1 being that they have very thick flanges. Which allowed me to port match without compromising the flange. The other reasons are that they have double wall slip joints and are produce more HP. There’s nothing like the sound of Rarlyl8 headers though. Intoxicating.

We have two primary sizes for our headers, 1.5" and 1.63". If you have the 1.63" they match the Carrera port size. Email me some pictures and info on when they were purchased and I can tell you exactly what you have. The primary assemblies are interchangeable, 1.5" can be swapped out for 1.63" if needed.
