Wow... is there any baffling in the can or is it just there for inspection purposes?

Yes.
Same great manufacturing quality bumped up to 347 stainless for the turbo application. The cross over pipe pictured was made with 321 stainless.

Here is a picture of the SSIs installed. Is there something in particular you wanted to see?

That is the only picture I have of the completed fabbed product. The Y-pipe should return from final welding in a week or so, I can take specific shots then if you like.
For now the installed pic is a good reference, the passenger's side pipe follows the same path as the pipe on the installed picture. They look the same.

I searched, but didn't see it listed anywhere, what size are the primaries on your SSI headers?

Didn't they turn out nice? I am very pleased with that polishing company.
Those items have all been sold to the fellow we are doing the SSI setup for. He has them now and is awaiting the completion of his engine build so they can be mounted. A muffler for the neighbors and a zork for the weekends and car shows. Pretty neat package.

Isn't it hard on the O2 sensor being that close to the turbo?

IM(NSH)O, an O2 in that location should only be used for brief AFR testing - you WILL kill the O2 in short order if it is left on. I guarantee it.
Just disconnect and plug.

Yes it is hard on the sensor in that position. Unfortunately it is also about the best place to get a good idle A/F reading.
I actually have 3 bungs in different places and plan to do some comparo testing with my LM1. The stock exit muffler is the only one that might get a good idle reading from the bung located on the 180* bend after the muffler. The other mufflers have a tail pipe that is too short to give a good idle A/F reading after the muffler.
