I would want to think the gauge from innovate is accurate with the controller but like I said I have a old gas analyzer and I am going to see what it reads and which ever it is closest to wins because I think both the LS-1 and tunerstudio allow adjusting the output

I am mentioning this because I had a similar problem getting the AFR display on my Aim Pista to read the same as the display from my TechEdge WB controller display.

To get the displays to agree I had to tweak the math function on the Aim display so that it matches the displayed output from my WB controller.

You need to use one as a baseline... which do you feel comfortable believing?

The output of the WB sensor is a corrected a weird curve.... each Mfg of WB units writes there own functions,

Perhaps what the MS expects is not what is output from the WB controller is contributing..
oh ok
so the algorithms are different with different sensors. so what sensor is the MS-III set up for?

I just took a look at the LM1 docs.... I'm guessing you are using an analog out as an input to the ECU

It appears that the LM1 outputs allow all adjustments necessary '

If all these corrections are made are the values still different?

Well I finally figured it out! Got rid of innovate and installed AEM and set that in tunerstudio and imagine that they both read the same
