I'd be interested to know what brand and colour powdercoat that is.

There's someone on the Used Parts forum that's doing it. I browsed through it a while ago. His work looks pretty good. Here's the link....Fan Refinish

That's a different guy. Also he seems to do things different. Mark actually repaired a blade with a chunk missing and a couple others with cracks from hitting something. Also he smoothed out any pitting on the fan and housing then pouter coated the parts. He also makes his own rivets as I think they are either not available or too expensive. It's great that we have cost effective options. Thank you Pelican Parts!!!!

Looks great Criss.
I remember being frustrated when I refinished the fan on my SC that the center was riveted on and I couldn't do anything with it. Fortunately, on the 964 Turbo, the fan hub slides out.

I basically handed it over and he did everything. He actually makes his own rivets! He has a really old school lathe in his shop. He's and old school artisan IMO. A dying breed for sure. In the days of internet purchases etc I really appreciate being able to show up chat and do biz face to face. Good times.

Hi Bigel,

Unfortunately I wont quote pricing as each project is different and that wont be fair to Mark. Other than "Just rivets and powder coat" I also had the fan repaired and welded as well as pitting filled in etc. Every job is different. As far as I'm concerned money well spent and it was definitely cheaper than buying a new fan!
AND NO, I DON'T HAVE FINANCIAL INTEREST HERE.
