Mr.9146,yes just did and have play up and down,tightened the nut,thinking the bushing is warn??Rawknees chek is in the mall

Lateral movement would indicate worn bushing in strut. Up/down movement points at bad insert. If you tightened the shock nut and the movement remains consistent then it's even more likely to be the shock insert.

Rawknee i apreciate the help.Mr9146,gees thinking 20 plus at least.I think u nailed it,i tightened the nut and i am able to use my superman strength (for about a second) To lift up and down on the wheel and i have movement,i can just imagine the party goin on when roll over any bump on are smoothe california roads.ha
