JB Racing dizzy and CDI
Has anyone used the JP Racing twin spark distributor with two 3-pin CDI boxes?
I assume I can connect 12V to + wire, orange, and split the dizzy out, purple, to the points inputs, C, on the CDI units. Comments?

It depends on the pickup type. As you appear to only have two wires from the distributor, my guess would be it has a VR (variable reluctor) pickup.
Unfortunately this is not compatible with a 3 pin CDI box. You either need to use 6 pin CDI units or change the pickup type to one that is compatible with a points type signal. Firstly, ask JB to confirm the pickup type.

Johnny, thank you for your input.
From the JB documentation: The distributor has two internal magnetic pickups

With magnetic pickups you will need to go to 2 Bosch 6 pin CDI’s or a pair of MSD CDI’s.
MSD Streetfires are the least expensive route.

Thank you. I have two 6-pin CDIs on the shelf somewhere.
