use a 1/4" ball burr to cut the top off, go deep enough to remove the 3 stakes, pull the guts out, use a 5mm tap to go inside, heat up the outside alum and pull it out.

I use a bit of hard setting permatex on the valve, keep it away from the bottom, drive it in carefully with a 1/4" drift, stake it in place.

Thanks for the advice / description Cgarr!
My tech english is not that sophisticated... But i hope i can get started (on a better note) with your advice!
I started the other day, armed with a YouTube video ... (in Spanish that I don't understand) and destroyed the first one ...

You do know that the piston squirters are always destroyed as part of the removal process?

Or did you destroy a new one putting it in?

No. I drilled it out like in the video but I couldn't pull it out like they did .. so now it's stuck. But I'm on the case, thanks to your advice. (and a good machinist friend)
I buy new ones when I can measure it all out.

You should try some heat to release the squinters. Loctite 270, 620 and 640 require a temperature of 250C to break the bond.
