3.0 to 3.2ss
i have a 3.0 '82or '83 any way i am in process of going to 97mm nikkies 10.5-1 i am going to twin plug the heads with jb distributer and run the dc30 cams with carbs for induction has anyone run something like this or similar if so did you run 40 ida or 46 i think 46 is too big and 40 may be too small street engine stoplight to stoplight no track thanks

When I did similar everyone recommended 46’s, that’s what I went with. No regrets.

With that displacement I would run 46. WHat made you choose the DC30? Also, why not 98mm? Your 97mm choice nets you a little less displacement...

I don’t think I’d ever choose anything less than a Mod S for the 3.2ss. Engine is big enough to give you midrange torque with that cam, yet give you a redline like a 73S….
