Custom Thickness Base Gaskets

Is there an online supplier for copper cyinder base gaskets other than 0.25mm or 0.5mm?

Chasing some custom thicknessses and we don't have them here in Australia... (that I can find).

Mike

Of course there are many different diameters of cylinder bases but we have .25, .50. 1.0. for a few different sizes 1.5 mm for 2.0-2.4 ?
I would have to check.
We have no cooper gaskets for 3.6 100mm cylinders.
I'm trying to get some made but as I wide things down it's low on my list of priorities.

Check out LN, in some cases they have 0.010" to 0.040" in 0.010" increments. ...I also just saw in the write up they also do customer thicknesses.

You could also contact Jae Lee over at Mirage, I've gotten some customer thicknesses from him.

Yep, I sent an email off before I submitted this post.

Just got a reply that they have 1mm, 0.5 and 0.25mm. No other thicknesses so not sure how you ended up wtih 0.8?

Just waiting for freight quote and will order a few sets.

I did also email a well known supplier (often on pelicanparts forums) a few weeks ago, but never got a reply. Not a big deal.

Just got off the phone with Charlie at Wrightwood Racing and after a long F1 discussion we got around to expanding his options. He'll be getting back to me.
Of course we have different opinions about how Spa will end up.
I'm a solid McLaren fan even though they brain trust keeps screwing Lando out of !st place finishes.

How do we get Pelican Parts to be able to offer alternatives to the 0.25 and 0.5mm gasket? These are the only two options I can see online..

That supplier is me and I get some 200 email a day so some times I miss one. Sorry I missed yours.

.50 + .25 = .75mm All good. you will never need to get any closer than that.
