Ssi heat exchanger bottom mounting points

What’s the best procedure for attaching heat exchangers to an SC. One hole where the mounting tab goes had a tiny shallow set screw maybe 6mm and not too deep. Are you guys drilling these out larger and tapping or using as is or ??? Thanks.
