Drill sheet metal for crank pulley bolt access?
I'm putting the sheet metal on the engine and I'm wondering if people drill the pulley cover and rear sheet metal to allow for socket access to turn the crank? I realize that the muffler will probably be in the way when it's all together, but it seems like access to the pulley bolt would be a plus. Comments?

I never had any problem turning the motor over using the fan pulley. I'd think a 930 (because of it's low compression) would be even easier to turn over.

I drilled mine cause I had to remove the pulley. I also found that I had to drill the bumper for access to drill the mount. I am glad I did drill the mount cause I have used the hole a few times now. It is a biatch to turn my 930 with the fan pulley. I don't know why but it is.
