Not in an 911SC case.
3.0 Carrera and the 3.0 Turbo not to mention the 2.8 and 3.0 RSR case are the only big alloy cases that you can put aproduction 66mm crank in.

Thank you Henry for that very quick response, what is it about the cases that allows the shorter throw crank to fit? Just curious and I think I will be calling soon about a pump. I spoke with you long long ago about something like this for a 3.0

Ryder, big ideas, not enough cash

The flywheel ends are bigger on the later cranks, so there's a bigger hole (and flywheel seal) in the end of the case. You need a Euro Carrera case, or use a 962 crank with the later cases (short stroke crank with big flywheel end).

The difference is more than just the flywheel flange. The main bearings are also different. 60mm for the 9 bolt crank and 57 mm on the 6 bolt crank.
