Interesting options

In my parts addicted fashion I realize that I have now purchased almost enough pieces to build not one, but two motors.

I have my current 2.2T motor with Webers, a 2.4T with MFI, a set of E and S Cams, twin plug heads, 7R case, cams carriers, new 2.7 Cylinders and JE Pistons, used 2.7 Cylinders with stock CIS pistons and various other bits inclduing a spare set of MFI stacks and some motorcycle throttle bodies I was going to play with.

I was planning on a high compression twin plug 2.7 with the S cams and MFI, but now I am thinking that with the right combination of parts I could build a 2.5 SS high compression twin plug MFI AND a 2.7 single plug motor that I could try setting up a EFI system on.

OR if I stay with the 2.7 High compression I could build a low compression 2.5 with the CIS P/C and then do a low pressure turbo system, maybe using a CIS manifold and the Tbitz EFI kit.

Or I could do EFI on the 2.7/2.5 high compression.

Sometimes I think I just like the thrill of buying parts

if you do it right..... the two engines sounds like the ebst option to me.

the short stroke 2.5L ss would be a beast.... and the 2.7L you probably could re-sell or.... buy a roller...either way u get more...

if you do the 2.7L with case savers, apr studs and the upgraded chain tensioners...then it should be able to handle the low boost turbo system you spoke of.....with cis manifold and tbitz EFI....

sounds fun!!!!

if u put one of them i a 911...and another in something like a 914 or w/e would be cool too...since you'd have 2 kick a$$ cars.
