Question motor finally in but will not start

OK I finally got my motor in a few weeks ago but had to wait to start until I got my oil cooler in the mail. any ways here goes it's 3.3liter 1988 turbo, I took all the smog crap off it. there is no fuel getting to the motor I loosesned an injector and turned it over no gas, pulled the plug on the WUR and checked the voltage, no power to it. checked fuel pump relays and all the fuses in the fuse box . was also going to connect the timing light to see if it was getting any park but wasnt sure where to hook it up. the leads are not long enough to reach the battery in the front. where do I look next?

first things first, with the key on and the air filter off , check to see if there is fuel , there should be a vacuum and you will hear the pumps kick in when you push the fuel control plate down

Fuel

Remove the green electrical connector from the backside of the CIS. This connection shuts the fuel pumps off in case of a roll-over.

By removing this connection, you can turn the ignition switch to on and run the fuel pumps manually.
