I see headers being a limitation. We saw 18whp more with a custom set of stepped headers then 15/8" euro George's on a mostly stock 3.2L and we were able to pull timing out and maintain power. I would think there are probably larger gains to be had with big cams.
None the less. SWEET engine. Any reason other then cost why you aren't using Ti GT3 rods? I was given a set and have been salivating over getting them into my 3.0L. Last edited by Evan Fullerton; 05-08-2013 at 08:51 PM.. |

Cylinder air shrouds
Just noticed that the ones on your engine look different than the ones off my 3.0 SC engine. Are they more efficient? Something you make in your shop? Are they available to us mere mortals?
