This is fantastic as the pcitures tell a great story. Now if we could translate this into English, it would be even more helpful for this audience.

Thank you so much for documenting!

Whew. What work. And if we really want to get serious, we should build a flow bench to leak check and calibrate the throttle bodies, and then (of course) we need a Sparky type from the forum (are you a Sparky type?) to help us rig the electronics to drive a 0-4000 rpm ~ 3 horse electric electric motor with a cog belt drive to start testing pumps....

Thank you Chip but I do not live anymore in the US. Currently I am in the country of no speed limit. I agree with some machinery we can rebuilds stacks from T to S. The hard part is the Drosselklappe Welle.

Never mind. Enjoy your beer.

Here an automatic translation by Yahoo

What a bull**** translation. Folks learn German.

Beer ordering while you are doing vacation is much easier that way.

For pulling the socket out you need one turning iron and importantly a 10 mm of Vorschneider thread taps. „Only the Vorschneider use “! In the housing is a blind hole. Bore forbidden! Thus you destroy it butterfly valve housings. Do not use please also the 10 mm plug taps or bottoming taps, since this can destroy the fit.
