HI Coxy
your link will not work, as John has LOCKED the forum unless you log in.

top end parts you will need ; gasket set, rings, valve guides (exhaust), timing chains, chain rails,

Poss' parts; exhaust studs, head studs, cylinders/pistons, exhaust valves, intake manifold heat sink/spacers, fuel lines, cam feed pipes, fan belt, plugs, cams/rockers,

all this will depend on the mileage and driving usage of the car, the rings/pistons could be worn out,

I am not saying your rings will look like this, but if it is any where 100,000 miles thay could be.

regards mike

+1 - and read and reread, and most importantly follow what it says. Get boxes and good zip lock bags and write down what the parts go to on a card and put in the bag... you think you will remember but you won't...even if you are young and don't have CRS.
