Putting Everything Back together
I've got my 1979 911 SC engine and transmission back in and was re-connecting all the lines and such. Before the re-build there was one vacuum line not connected and a couple of wires had been cut or not connected, but the car was running.
Does any one know 1) I have two wires (see picture) that come out of the wiring harness just before the 12 pin plug, one is Yellow and the other is Red/Black. What does this go to? 2) I have four vacuum lines, a) Vacuum limiter/thermo valve, b) WUR and C) Distributor. What does the fourth one go to ? should I just plug it? Thanks dog ![]() |

red and yellow goes to the sensor on the left chain box cover. Its the cold start injection temp switch
The vacuum line goes to the little pod between 2 and 3 runner Bruce |

There is suposed to be a comma between vacuum and lots..or even better, a period.
