Buying/Putting together 911 2.7 rebuilt engine

Hi Guys,
this must be asked many, many times before, but I couldn't find answer searching the forum.
I need to buy full 2.7 engine for 911RS 1975, I do not have any parts for it, just the rest of the car.
Who would be the place most of you will recommend for putting together rebuilt engine like that? From Mexican border up to Santa Barbara and from the Pacific to Phoenix, that where I can "move" around.
I realized the name attract many, many Her Schmuckens who promises low price, superior job, etc... etc... just to find out they do not know the job, are crooks, do not want to work "hard", or who know what.
Any suggestion is appreciated.

If it's a 2.7, go visit Henry Schmidt at Supertec in Fallbrook, CA. You won't go wrong!
