hi guys, this part is NLA and I can't find any anywhere, it's the M10 x 67 stud for transmission mount to engine listed in the '83 Katalog, part number 99906103402, any suggestions for alternatives?
cheers Shane

Well, I went to my local Porsche junkyard, as I needed all of these studs. Didn't find enough, but got one which was longer. As long as you use a nut, and it isn't too much longer, it should work. Of course, if you don't have such a junkyard about five miles from where you live, you need plan B.
Maryland Metric and other fastener sellers ought to have what you want or something suitable. As I recall,at least one of these cannot be fastened by a bolt, because the structure of the transmission will prevent inserting it. But it should be possible for the two others. And the one through the starter is a bolt anyway. |
