If you mean replate, then there are just a few places that I know of. I have used and would recommend Millenium Technologies in MI to do this for you. All of this will depend on the type of cylinder you have. Nikasil or Alusil. You can usually tell by who made them as to what coating they have. Other will know much more than I.

A good tip from MR Dempsey`s book is that the nikasil plating is slitely magnetic and the Alusil isn`t. Sneek one of youre wifes refrigerator magnets out in the garage and check if it will stick-atleast be "interrested" in the surface of the cylinder. If it is=nikasil, it it isn`t=Alusil.

This being a 3,2 I would assume nikasil, but you should never trust assumpions...

It is relatively common practice to Nikasil plate onto Alusil Cylinders, clearly having ground the cylinder first.

We have only run these cylinders with Aftermarket pistons and rings to suit Nikasil cylinders (Woessner) but I believe you can fit Goetze rings to KS pistons and they run well.

There is a small difference in expansion between the KS piston and the Mahle piston so making sure the clearance is correct is important.

Full on rebuild or just the top end??

The top you can probably do if you have some skills, but the full engine should prolly be sent out.

I can't help you there.....

Haven't used this company yet, but plan to send out some C2 Turbo cylinders to them in the Spring. Like any automotive machining/services, find references and go from there......

US Chrome did a good job turning my 95mm Alusils into Nikasils. Plenty of experience.

For an engine rebuild in Florida I would contact Mike Bruns of JB Racing. They are near Orlando.

We can replate and rebuild your motor. Nikisil is a trade marked name so the replated cylinder surface has a different name. Goetze rings will work just fine. Are you trying to go oversize on your engine?
We are on the east coast by the way.
