Gasket sets

So, my engine builder is a bit anal. Not surprising as he builds race engines for a living but he is insistent on genuine Porsche gasket sets.

Any opinions if he is right and if so, where can you get full oem Porsche gasket sets for a 3.2 1987 rebuild?

I can see parts of a gasket set (case, head) on Pelican but can't seem to find a full Porsche oem gasket set?

My experience is that the factory kit offers more pieces (some unnecessary) but not the best quality. Wrightwood Racing gaskets set are custom built for each application (IE: carbs on an SC) with only the highest quality materials. WR also offers gasket configurations that are proprietary. (IE: custom sizes and shapes for intake applications).
