modding a 3.0 turbo distributor?

Can a '76 3.0 turbo distributor (c/w) be modded to work in a '79 3.3 motor (cc/w) If so,
are there any benefits to this set up.
thanks.

The simple answer is no.
The advance mechanism works opposite of each other.
I would talk to Arron @ Burnham Performance for all your distributor needs.
He can make you whatever your heart desires.
