Possible to use two different case halves

Is it possible to use two different 3.0 case halves on a rebuild.One of mine is damaged

It is possible.
You will need a good method to measure main bearing journals for ovality and well a intermediate shaft journals.
The cylinder base deck will need to be checked as well.
A qualified Porsche machinist can correct any inconsistencies that may exist.
