Need OEM Porsche Part Numbers

Can anyone tell me what the real OEM Porsche Part Numbers are for the two heat exchangers on a 1982, 930 Turbo (Euro Car) with a 3.3L Engine? One parts place told me that it is 930-211-021-03 for both, but that did not seem right.

He is right. Two of them required. Our host has them at $1245.25 each, special order, nonreturnable. They get 'em from Porsche.

Virtually any of the thick flange inserted heat boxes will do the job As the tubes are not bigger inside dia. Because you want to flow the exhaust as fast as possible to keep the turbo spooling.

Thanks for the feeback. I queried our host and he can get them. What completely threw me is that all the parts books I saw for the 911 have TWO separate parts numbers - one for each side and they are different. It's a bit weird there is no "left and right" configuration.... Since they are non-refundable I wanted to be sure.

The use of identical units left and right involves several connector pieces and gaskets. Do you have those already?

I am not sure. My engine rebuild is a bit of a mess as I had to get the car back from a shop that tore it down and then I discovered did not have a clue what they were doing. Right now there are a lot of boxes of parts so I'll have to find a diagram and be sure I have everything :-0

I have a Complete Shop manual, but the only PM i have is for a 911 (not a 930) so the part numbers are different.

From the factory PET. 911 1983 illustration #202-10
Note that only one number exists according to the factory.

AWESOME!

I need to find one of those parts manuals!

I never knew it could be so complex in the difference between parts. New Heat exchangers are running from $807.00 for one made by Dansk to $1,200+ for "Genuine Porsche" although someone was telling me that there is no difference between the two except for the "Porsche Sticker" because Dansk makes them for Porsche (?)

Also looks like I may be able to get a used set from someone on the forum who said he'll send me his old ones for the cost of shipping so good options are emerging :-)
