1986 carrera Piston

..I have 40,000 miles on my 3,2L and it need to replace possible bent connecting rod I thought maybe ,I may as well to upgrade the piston and cam at the same time .. ,it is worth getting the Euro 95.5mm piston or just keep the stock us version.... for sure later next year I may want go PMO ITB I do now have the header and tune muffler Last edited by frankoporsche; 11-23-2017 at 03:35 PM.. |

I would do the 3.4 98mm cylinders because the JE pistons are cut for the more aggressive cams for your future injection.

I heard that the JE piston only good for 50000 miles before due for rebuilt plus there are very limit cams spec you can use on those JE piston

I don’t know how there would be a limit on the cams available, talking about limited, Carrera pistons will be limited.
