Ambient Temp Sensor Problem
I ripped the wires out of the connector for the ambient temp sensor. Replaced the
connector w/ new wires, however the temp display still reads -40. Also, the A/C has not worked since damaging the connector. I have energized the ignition and left it on for a half hour w/ no temperature change. Could the temp sensor have been damaged when the wires were yanked out? No visible damage is seen. All thoughts appreciated. Dave |

Dave,
You need to plug one in and see, did you solder the connections or crimp? make sure the wires are not touching each other in the harness. |
