I have a 94 530i and have replaced two o2 sensors but the car still cuts off at light if sitting for a short time and sometimes a smell of gas is in the car.... do I need to replace the other two sensors?

Probably not - that probably is not the problem. A gas smell inside the car means that you probably have a fuel line leak or a seal on your gas tank is leaking. I would check out the article on fuel pump replacement in our tech articles section here and see if the problem is with the seal or the pump.
