Steve Carlton, did you buy a 800GS? If so what made you want that over the R1200GS?

That was a demo bike I took out while a tire was being repaired on my car nearby. I thought the bike was quite nice. Good power, light and nimble. A bit abrupt on/off throttle and the wheels don't take tubeless tires. A good way to go if you want something lighter.
