You didn't bring the saffron-crusted buttered carrots, like you were supposed to do.

Looks like Killer is a mosaic. That always gives me the creeps, with the exception of Jane Seymour.

You guys are lucky being so near the great outdoors! I get good skies from the house, but I'm hemmed in by buildings for forty miles in every direction!

I think I missed something. Did you get a new Jeep or if that an old photo?

CK says-

Mining been berry, berry good to me.

I hope you got as good a deal on the Jeep as the Buell. The old one did seem to have a little looseness in the suspension.

Would you buy insurance from this guy?

Nice Caterpillar at work Sergio - Thanks for sharing that.

Employees of Caterpillar are fond of saying "there's lots of dirt/sand/trash/etc in the world and thankfully for us allot of it is in the wrong place".

you can always tell it's winter in socal, because in some parts of the beach you can spot a yellow caterpiller.
not known for their speed or grace, these rare creatures perform a ritual known as "sand pushing" to attract mates. unfprtunately their actual mating has rarely been observed.

the yellow caterpillar can be distinguished by it's strange chirping sound (beep...beep) as it backs up. there are other colors of the caterpiller in existance (particularly white or green), but the yellow is the dominant color in the area.

I've actually seen this... it was a brief affair... more worrisome was the fact that their attempt to procreate most likely would not have succeeded since they were either both male or female (kinda hard to tell and I didn't fee like crawling under them to check their junk, especially while they were starting to... gulp.... copulate). I'll attempt take some video of this rare event but it only happens in Spring and late Fall... if ever.
