Not that common, The Emt's came running by me from the street above the river park, and the boats came flying from all directions. Since it is so rare, I guess they still feel a sense of urgency to try and save the person, whether they be an accidental splash, or a homeless guy trying to end the pain.
I was about 500 feet from the action snapping pics, of all the rescue workers on a pier, I may post some more tonight. |
