R1100S Custom Triple Clamps - 2nd Edition

Ok, Here they are...

There will be another run of a minimun of ten sets of tripleclamps made over the next 4 to 8 weeks for anyone that either missed out on the last ones or would like to get in on this new run of parts. I have made some minor tweeks to the part files and have slightly more finish options than the previous run, but these are basically the same parts as before. However, to keep the machine setup in check there will be no "original" style top clamp offered this time around. The last run of parts proved to show a very significant improvement in the front end performance of the R1100S over the stock tripleclamp setup.

2nd Edition Options and Pricing

2nd edition clamp sets will be available with the "alternate" style top clamp only, along with a lower clamp.

There will be three types of finishes offered for each set of clamps. All parts are to be buffed out to a polished finish and will be offered in any one of the following finish types:
1. Raw Polished
2. Clear Anodize (Silver)
3. Black Anodize

All clamp sets will come complete with all new stainless hardware, new R1200S roundels ($27 list) and a full set of installation instructions.

This price will include free ball joint swap, as before, if you send me your stock parts at your expense.

Free installation if you live close enough to drop by my place in Camarillo, CA.

Also included is free shipping (previously not included) of all parts from me to you within the Continental US which includes up to $700 insurance. All others will have to pay actual shipping costs with a $17 credit applied to this price.

Previously, 1st edition payments were made after the parts were made so that I didn't have to deal with returning money if there was a problem with the parts. No, it's for your safety. Because you'll drive to fast with them. They are good for 30mph+ in the curves.

Scott, the water pump isn't the engineering marvel as the ones I've seen at your place. This thing came out of my other BMW after the bearing failed... going into T4 at Infineon Raceway. It's now on my dining room table as the 'centerpiece'.

I bought a set of these clamps and the handling performance improvement to my bike was incredible. I am purchasing an R12 (woo hoo!!!) but am debating whether I want to sell the R11 as is or part it out. My biggest thought is that it would be cruel of me to remove these clamps, even thought they are worth quite a bit as an aftermarket item. I guess i think the next owner should benefit from this handling improvement, that and the Wilbers, hopefully I can sell it as a package and let the new owner benefit from my highly selective and functional parts mix!
