I've always been a Kawi triple two stroke fan. That bike, apart in the attic, has a baby Ceriani fork, Magura forged clip-ons, Konis, and fiberglass road racing tank and tail. Once had every triple displacement: '72 750 H2, '69 500 H1, '75 400 S3, (2) '72 350 S2 and a '75 250 S1. Sold them all on eBay last year except the Denco 350 and the 1969 500 H1 which was the very 1st triple, 1st year. Going to restore that one. Sold them to brokers who send them back to Japan, rebuild/restore then sell them in the Japan home market and in Europe. Here's what a '69 H1 looks like: ![]()

Cageyar - Welcome aboard. Nice bike and a very nice garage. Love that vintage Raleigh sign. From the 70's?

[QUOTE=cageyar;4664892]That's a 1972 Kawasaki S2 350cc top end ported by the old Kawasaki drag racing specialists, Denco, for 55hp. Denco was doing some wild things with Kawi triples.
Very cool indeed! Just last fall I sold my 400 S3 to help pay for my R1100S. I bought the bike new in 1975. Then I proceeded to make it better. Mine was similarly equipped too...ported and polished, expansion chambers, K&N filters, Konis, progressive fork springs, bronze swingarm bushings, Dick's Cycle West 1/4 fairing, extra bracing welded here and there on the frame (a never-ending battle to make it handle better). It sure sounded great, although the neighbors might disagree.

damn, where is the sound track. A two stroke triple with chambers is the best sounding bike there is, Kaw or Suzuki.
