Kegerators really are a treat; something about buying beer 15.5 gallons at a time that I find comforting. Plus no bottles!

Right now, I'm drinking this:

Memorial Day is about Honoring the dead who have served

I like beer and the Indy 500, the beginning of the beach season and the sales; but, at some point today let's remember that this day is set aside to honor those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice in defending the freedoms we enjoy in our great nation. If you are out riding today a come upon a place of awesome beauty, take a moment of silence to remember those who died so that you could be where you are today. God Bless America.

In case anyone hasn't figured it out yet... I started this thread to chronicle the progress of my man cave.... Because Beer is an essential part of any man environment, I am always looking for recommendations and new beers to try.

Today's goal... More Power.

220 volts.

Nope... My son bought an Acura that needed a paint job.
My old compressor wasn't keeping up with the DA sander to my satisfaction.

I needed a real compressor.

Be careful, with those temperature variances a guy your age could have a heart attack going in and out ...

Hey, I don't know anybody that doesn't enjoy Good Head

With 40 degree wind driven rain this weekend, it was time for a sipping beer, and not a bad head either.

It comes in a WHAT???

Really, it's okay. Don't let the metal wrapper fool you.
See?

Here's what OB says about this gem..
"This jaw-dropping Scottish strong ale (8% ABV) is brewed with bodacious amounts of malted barley and specialty grains, and a dash of beechwood-smoked malt. Old Chub features a skim-milk mouthfeel, semi-sweet flavors of cocoa and coffee, and a kiss of smoke. A head-turning treat for malt heads and folks who think they don’t dig dark beer."

Kassik's Dolly Varden Nut Brown Ale; It's a local brew.

Or Miller Blite if I'm actually working... I have to keep going back to wherever I left it which keeps me and the stuff moving around.
