Tardy response but thanks for the link LCP. Got the bike, passed the out of province inspection so don't need the DB killers but I still owe you a 'sack' of beer for just making the offer, thanks again. The bike runs very strong but no signs of race prep ,nothing drilled, not even the oil drain plug. No signs of body repair, tailpiece still has the aluminized heat shielding on the underside and the tune up decal etc. Not sayings its not, just if it was it does not look like it was crashed. Frame and body paint are immaculate, not a mark on the engine , no mixture adjustment gizmos etc. It does have the Carbon intake (Becker-Carbon.de), the full titanium Akrapovic , and a hydraulic pre-load adjustor for the rear shock. I believe BMW Canada had 4 bikes, three went to you guys in Vancouver and one was written off. More the 4 bikes?. It doesn't really matter to me, race bike or not the bike is fabulous.
Stu
