Possible to take off power steering reservoir without taking off intake manifold?

Hi all,

I got a 02 boxster. It's been leaking power steering fluid. I went underneath the car, the lines look quite clean, but the reservoir area is very oily messy. I suspect the o-ring that seal the upper reservoir to the lower is bad. Just want to know if it is possible to replace this oring without taking off the intake manifold???

Thanks in advance!

My 2000 Box S has always lost fluid thru the little breather hose. I replaced the hose with a clear one long enough to empty below the engine on to the road & lowered the resivior level a little to minimize loss, works great.
