My boxster is running AWESOME!!!

Ok, so FrayAdjacent911 stated in another post that owners never drop in to talk about how great their boxster is running....so....

My car is running awesome!!!

Ten months, and I'm still thrilled to go out an start her up in the morning.

AND.....sadly, my 82 911 had barely been driven since I got the boxster. I'll let that speak for itself.

+1! I was going to do the same thing....we think alike. (..scary!) I've only had it about five months and 5k miles, but it's doing the daily chores like a charm!

I've been clicking the 'report to moderator' thing on those spam posts... I've seen many in this forum recently.

HD, glad to hear your Boxster is running great! I can't wait to get the new tires and brakes up to par! And I can't wait for nicer weather!

I DID get to drive her with the top down on Friday... it got up to about 82 here... but MAN, the mountain cedar was KILLING me!! Darn allergies. Glad I'm on immunotherapy... but I may have to step it up so that I can get 'immune' a little quicker!

The spaming has been a problem. Unfortunately, the spammer gets banned, and comes back right away with another userid.

I'm still thrilled with mine as well; the honeymoon is far from over. Great idea to post with good news, rather than problems... There is one problem, though: my SC is PO'd at me and now refuses to start....

Mine's still running fine!

I'll be trying to get into the engine compartment to put in a new air cleaner... and then change the oil later this week! Hopefully it will be easily done. I'm betting the oil and air cleaner are probably filthy. The PO didn't keep the car very clean
