Speedometer change
Great forum. Just purchased a 2002 Boxster S from Chicago and need to convert the speedometer to kilometers per hour. I found the threads on how to change the faceplate and the digital readout, but I need to know where to buy the kilometer per hour faceplate. Does anyone know of any aftermarket companies like "US Speedo" that offer a gauge kit with metric markings?

You can try North Hollywood Speedometer.

I've had good luck in the past with Palo Alto Speedometer, Palo Alto CA. www.paspeedo.com

The dealer here in Edmonton says you don't have to change the analogue gauge. Changing the digital readout is all that is required. I will be having the federal inspection done next week, if I find out differently, I will let you know. I just wanted it done for cosmetic reasons.
