73 911T value

Hi looking for some help in putting a reasonable value on my vehicle.
It’s a euro 73T that I have owned for approx. ten years. It was changed to a short
hood at some point before I purchased it. It currently has a 72T 2.4 engine with Webber’s on it that works well. This engine was rebuilt in the late 80’s with “S” pistons
and cylinders and according to the guy I purchased the engine from last year said it only has about 10,000 miles since the rebuild.
I also have the original 2.4T that came with the car that I removed do to a knocking issue that developed.
Reason for thinking of selling is I jacked the car up yesterday to address a sticking clutch pedal and noticed a fair amount of rust around the drivers side track arm bracket that’s just ahead of the control arm. It’s actually loose and the control arm I’m bent in.
Anyway looks like it will require a new front tray and whatever and I don’t think I want to go that route at this stage.
In the photo attached the motor on the left it the 72t in the car now and the red one on the right is the original 73t

Thanks
Mike
