Hi and thanks for the write up. I tried doing the project today and got stuck at the part where your remove the sprockets, mine were so tight one that I couldnt even move them a bit. My questions is on figure 16 do you push on the allen hex key up or down. I was pulling up and not sure if it is a left-hand threaded or something. thank you

Remove it by rotating counter-clockwise. If it is too tight to remove, you may need the special tool to break it free.
