These are great instruction with one missed note. On both of my replacement window motors, they ran backwards. It's a simple correction, but extremely frustrating if you're already at step 40 when you figure it out.
The fix is to remove the 4 screws holding the motor casing in place, lift about 6mm and then rotate 180 degrees. Press back down and re-install screws refer to attached picture. I suggest testing the motor in the harness before installing on the window regulator to save the head ache.
