Sorry for the explanation. The car moves forward normally in first but seems to rev higher then it should before switching to second gear. If I switch to paddle shift the gear changes are immediate. I was told at the dealer that the CVT transmission has no filter...is this true?

That is correct, no filter.
You may need an adaptation. I would grab a repair manual with the procedure, it has to be done exactly right. Give our parts specialists a call: 1-888-280-7799 - Nick |
