Your instructions and photos are great! The one issue I have is that after I installed everything, the window "squeals" when rolling down the last 3-4 inches. No sounds when the window goes up. I don't know what to adjust to get rid of whatever is rubbing or binding. Any ideas?

Check if the window glass is on the wrong side of the seal toward the bottom of travel. I have seen them flip out and make noise / bind.
