Need a little he here. Buying a 2004 mini base model with auto trans seller states that there is a trans leak of unknown source which leaves a "spot" on the floor overnight. Has anybody attempted to rig a pump to add fluid via the drain plug. It seems that if the trans was up to temp and the new fliuld up to temp that I could add fluid through the level tube using a syringe of some type. Why not?
