Question on Turbocharger Wastegate Testing

1 can the 2885 fault code be caused/ is it commonly caused by the recirc valve condensation issue, or does that throu a different fault?

2 if there is a waste gate issue play in linkage or bad actuator can either of those be repaired without replacing the whole turbo?
