Norinco sks value?

Traded one of my ГИС marked m44 for a new norinco sks. No point having two ГИС m44's.
Both no longer allowed for import. Valuation seems all over the place. Mosin I only paid 200$ for maybe 4/5 years ago.

Sks is a /26\ marked 2.4 million serial #.

I have a cool (in the US) Norc 1911A1. It is identical to the original 1911s and doesn't say 'Norinco' or 'China' on it anywhere. It shoots well and is accurate but the finish is a little rougher than I'm used to.

There are a lot if these in Canada. A few years ago, a local importer had a deal... one of these with 1000 rounds of Chinese 45ACP for $500...

In Canada a Chinese SKS is about $200-$250.

Marstar had a deal something like $299 including 1000 rounds of ammo about 5 years ago.

I wish there was more capitalist competition with norinco and the American brands. Example would be American made Ak that lose headspace and blow up. Flood the market with Chinese crap that run.
