My mind is still reeling from seeing someone parking their lambo in... Delhi. Such a terrible car for that place and who would be impressed? Maybe the owner has a small cohort of similarly delusional friends?

So thats my guess... Some hyper rich clique thats run off into the fashion weeds. Clearly happens a bunch.

I sorta feel bad for the designers if this is the best they could do.

Read an article pointing out you can buy a (used) F-16 for same price. I expect the running costs would be a leetle bit different.

Depending on who the "you" is even if it is listed for sale you might not be allowed to buy it.
The U.S. government has limits on who can buy its operational military aircraft used.
The list is pretty small and doesn't include private individuals.

If a non military connected private individual wants a fighter jet, they are pretty much stuck with something non U.S..
