Do they let prospective buyers shoot them first? I would never spend that kind of money on a gun if I couldn't shoot it first.

They're all beautiful but this one's my favourite. Clint used something similar in a lot of his movies?

E Company No. 120 U.S. Colt Model 1847 Walker Revolver

Not sure he ever used a Walker. I've seen him with 1851 Navy and 1860 Army revolvers, along with the various later model Dragoons. Never a Walker, at least that I recall.

The Walker is a truly massive revolver. It's a proper "horse pistol", meant to be carried in pommel holsters on each side of the saddle. They are really too big for a man to pack around.

Good Bad & The Ugly...Blonde and Tuco had 1851s Angel Eyes a Remington 1858.

Josey Wales..1851, Dragoons and 1849.

I like the Remington 1858 it is easier to reload ..removing cylinder and putting a pre loaded one in.

European black powder tgt shooters like the 58. Had an original sold it for a tidy sum and replaced it with a SS pietta 58..easier to clean and it was about 300.

There are a lot of fake Walkers..that is one gun that should be xrayed before purchase. There was a guy in the 50s that was fabricating them.and now they can pass as real.

I am out of my depth with that pistol..not to worry I can not afford one...John Gangle of Anaheim can tell a real one from across the parking lot...why he has been auctioning high end guns for more than 40 years..and has handled more than his fair share.

I'll go be poor elsewhere.

I thought I was a big spender buying a CZ 75 Tac Sport this week.
